Happy belated New Year! So far 2013 has been pretty great. We’re in the process of wrangling our thousands of personal photos to one place which is a little more complex than I would have imagined. Here are some that I’ve managed to get my mitts on of some random stuff we’ve been doing lately. You’ll quickly learn that our new favorite family hobby is the dog. Sorry.

Tonight we’re going to MIL’s birthday dinner and then coming home to be bummed about the weekend being over. I’ll tell you all about it later.

Can you believe it? I am updating from a phone. It makes me wish even more I had the old brown non-cordless (corded? That’s ridiculous.) phone from when I was growing up. We actually had to answer the phone “Wertz residence, so and so speaking.” I might just start doin that on my cell phone, you’ve been warned.
This looks like heavy sustained flood— almost Bretz-style. Look at how big the chunks are! Subangular! But thick.
Or our new dog, whichever.
Apologies for taking most of 2011 off from le blog (unintentionally) but to make it up to you I have a list.
